  1.                               LICENSE AGREEMENT
  2.  
  3.      PLEASE  READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. USE OF THE SOFTWARE
  4. PROVIDED  WITH  THIS  AGREEMENT  (ZERO  ASSUMPTION  RECOVERY,  THE "SOFTWARE")
  5. CONSTITUTES  YOUR  ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS
  6. OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS
  7. SOFTWARE  IS  CONDITIONED  UPON  COMPLIANCE  BY  USER  WITH  THE TERMS OF THIS
  8. AGREEMENT.

  10.      LICENSE  GRANT. Zero Assumption Recovery Software grants you a license to
  11. use  one  copy of the version of this SOFTWARE on any one hardware product for
  12. as  many  licenses as you purchase, OR a license to use the evaluation version
  13. of the software. "You" means the company, entity or individual whose funds are
  14. used  to  pay  the  license  fee.  "Use"  means  storing, loading, installing,
  15. executing  or  displaying  the  SOFTWARE.  You  may not modify the SOFTWARE or
  16. disable  any  licensing  or  control  features  of  the  SOFTWARE except as an
  17. intended  part  of  the  SOFTWARE's  programming features. This license is not
  18. transferable to any other company, entity, or individual.
  19.  
  20.      OWNERSHIP.  The  SOFTWARE  is  owned  and  copyrighted by Zero Assumption
  21. Recovery  Software. Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE
  22. and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE.
  23.  
  24.       UNAUTHORIZED  USE.  You  may  not  use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  25. decompile,  disassemble,  otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE
  26. except  as  provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result
  27. in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  29.       LIMITED  WARRANTY.  THIS  SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. ZERO
  30. ASSUMPTION  RECOVERY  SOFTWARE  DISCLAIMS  ALL  WARRANTIES  RELATING  TO  THIS
  31. SOFTWARE,  WHETHER  EXPRESSED  OR  IMPLIED,  INCLUDING  BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY
  32. IMPLIED  WARRANTIES  OF  MERCHANTABILITY  OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  33. NEITHER  ZERO  ASSUMPTION  RECOVERY  SOFTWARE  NOR  ANYONE  ELSE  WHO HAS BEEN
  34. INVOLVED  IN  THE  CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE
  35. LIABLE  FOR  ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF
  36. THE  USE  OR  INABILITY TO USE SUCH SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THEY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
  37. THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS
  38. ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.
  39.      SOME  JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR
  40. CONSEQUENTIAL  DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO
  41. YOU  TO  THE  EXTENT  THAT  LIABILITY  IS  BY  LAW  INCAPABLE  OF EXCLUSION OR
  42. RESTRICTION.
  43.      IN  NO EVENT SHALL ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE PAID TO
  44. ZERO ASSUMPTION RECOVERY SOFTWARE COMPANY. 
  45.  
  46.      SEVERABILITY.  In  the  event  of  invalidity  of  any  provision of this
  47. license,  the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity
  48. of the remaining portions of this license.
  49.  
  50.       ENTIRE  AGREEMENT.  This  is  the  entire agreement between you and Zero
  51. Assumption   Recovery   Software  which  supersedes  any  prior  agreement  or
  52. understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this
  53. license.
  54.  
  55.      RESERVED  RIGHTS.  All  rights not expressly granted here are reserved to
  56. Zero Assumption Recovery Software.
